intentions to us, but you still need to send or bring in payment.
From May 1st through October 31st, 2010, Blooming Patches CSA Farm members may pick up produce at the Farm and other items on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays,
from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm. From June through part of October, we will be at Coit Road Farmers Market in East Cleveland
on Mondays from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We are at Coit Road Farmers Market year-round on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Check "Barb's Blog" for hours before May 1st or after October 31st.
Members may come by the Farm in Newbury Township or the Coit Road Farmers Market in East Cleveland to select as much as they want
from what we have available. Please call ahead or
e-mail us in advance if you would like
to pick up a LARGE quantity of single items. (A dozen ears of corn is not a large quantity. TEN dozen ears of corn is a
large quantity.)
Calling ahead is especially helpful if you have added cheese or bakery
goods to your order. Orders for all baked goods must be in two days before pick-up. Because I want everything to be as fresh as possible, all picking is done
the night before pick-up, except for greens which are picked the morning of pick-up day.
When berries and fruit are ready, (as posted on the
BLOG, I need to know if you will want a large quantity, so I can save enough for you. I cannot store
berries for an extended period of time. I would like for you to have them within a day of my picking them.
Remember to please call ahead if you will want to add cheese or bakery goods to your order.
I will offer plenty of variety, so you will enjoy lots of tastes, colors, and textures from late Spring into early Winter, with something to offer throughout the year.
