Organic Whole Wheat Crust or organic unbleached white flour with wheat germ added, choice of Shortening, Butter, or Lard. You may request a crumb topping or crust top on any pie you order.

Blueberry (our own berries!), Apple, Peach, Black Raspberry, Cherry, Rhubarb (w/crumb topping) or any combination. Feel free to ask if our baker makes your favorite, if not mentioned here.
Grape Nuts Cereal - $3.00/lb, or 4.00/lb with rapadura (pure evaporated cane juice)

Beeswax Candles
These are hand made by Barb's sister from her own beehives. She cleans the wax and uses all cotton wicks (which are harder to work with). No scent is added and the candles naturally have a wonderful beeswax smell. Beeswax candles burn cleaner and longer than the average wax candles.
